Looking after the personal information you share with us is very important, & we want you to be confident that your personal data is kept safely & securely & to understand how we use it to offer you a better & more tailored training & coaching service. We have published this privacy notice to help you understand how & why Trinity Training collects information from you; who we share your information with, why & on what basis; & what your rights are.
What information we collect and why
When you buy training & coaching from us, you are entering into a contract with us. You will need to sign a training agreement & we will ask you to provide some information such as;
- Name of contact person or persons -
- Address of business
- Contact numbers
- Email addresses
How we use your information
Data Protection says we are allowed to use & share your personal data only when we have a proper reason to do so, such as:
- Contract – your personal information is processed in order to fulfil a contractual arrangement
- Legitimate Interests – this means the interests of Trinity Training in managing our business so we can provide you with the best training & coaching in the most secure & appropriate way
- Legal Obligation – where there is statutory or other legal requirement to share the information for law enforcement or safeguarding purposes.

- Process your enquiry & any subsequent bookings
- Liaise with you on training & coaching content & outcomes
- Agree & apply payment terms & processes
- Identify participants for preparation work, attendance sheets & certificates
- Review training & carry out occasional client satisfaction surveys
- Update you on new training workshops & general training information through emails & our annual newsletter which you may unsubscribe from at any time
- Advise you of relevant third party information connected with our training & your interests such as changes in legislation, news or media items, articles, books & other resources
We keep your information securely in password protected devices in our office with a back up stored securely on a separate site.. We do not share your information, unless you give your consent eg if a new client requests a reference from an existing client.
